Nilakantheswar Dev Temple is an olden temple of the village

Nilakantheswar Dev Temple is one of the olden temple of Mangalajodi village. Legend says, the temple built within 7 days and ancient name of the temple was Jhuntikeswar and later it named as Nilakantheswar. Lord shiva is worshiped in the temple by Mahapatra community of the village. Every year Biswo-Shanti-Rudra-Maha-Yanga organised by the villagers.
